Credit-based per-second billing on the Developer API; credits cost $0.01 each; each model has a fixed credits-per-second rate (Gen-4.5 = 12 cr/s, Gen-4 Turbo = 5 cr/s) so usd_per_second = credits_per_second * 0.01; API credits are separate from web-app subscription credits
